Key responsibilities
  • 01Oversee building engineering activities across construction, installation, and maintenance phases.
  • 02Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
  • 03Identify and resolve technical issues related to structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems.
  • 04Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of engineering tasks.
  • 05Review technical drawings, reports, and documentation to support project decision‑making.
  • 06Monitor progress, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • 07Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes for building systems.
  • 08Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety protocols at all times.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
  • Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in building engineering and site supervision, preferably on large
  • scale construction projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait
  • Excellent project management and problem
Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or a related engineering field (preferred).
